It was rescheduled for today, and the tracker indicated I was next, but then the driver moved further away. I called and learned the items weren't loaded. I woke up early only to be let down just before the holidays. I have requested a refund and compensation for the misinformation.

Ordered a two and three-seater sofa from a local store on 11/06/25. I am utterly appalled at how we have been treated! We were given a 4-6 week delivery window, but the furniture never arrived as promised. After contacting the manager for an update, I was met with nothing but excuses. I was told the delay was due to the need to hire a van, followed by a broken down vehicle. It makes no sense that a rental company would only have one van. We have now waited eight weeks and received no communication from the store, not even an apology. This company is quick to take our money but fails to deliver as promised. I strongly advise anyone considering a purchase to think twice and avoid this store.
A clean and welcoming store with a quiet atmosphere that made for a lovely shopping experience. The layout allowed us to visualize the furniture in our home. The staff members were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, giving us space to browse before offering assistance, which we appreciated.
