I was deceived with false tracking information and my order never arrived.

I was deceived with three false tracking updates, but the item never showed up. The order was placed on July 23rd, 2025, through a payment platform. I communicated with a representative, but after I mentioned that I still hadn't received the third shipment, there was no further response. This situation seems very suspicious, and I have now reported it to the payment platform in hopes of getting a refund.

Avoid This Company to Prevent Being Scammed!

Avoid Ordering from This Company

I strongly advise against ordering from this service… it's a total scam. They take your money and disappear. They may attempt to respond when you reach out, but they never provide the answers you need. They are fraudulent.

Just Ordered a Couch and No Response

I just ordered a couch and emailed them to confirm my order was received, but no one replied. I feel scammed. I prefer to buy locally next time rather than from offshore sellers; beware, this is a scam.

Ordered a Printer in July

I ordered a printer back in July and paid through a payment platform. The printer never arrived, and after sending several emails, a representative eventually replied with a fake tracking number, which my local postal service confirmed was not valid. I emailed them again to point this out and requested a refund... scammers!! *UPDATE* I contacted the resolution center of the payment platform for a refund and explained the situation. They reached out to the seller, who responded with yet another fake tracking number... I have since been refunded.

Am I Being Scammed?

I purchased a garden chair on June 3rd using a payment platform. I tracked it from China to the UK. After 36 days, the chair was out for delivery on July 9. However, I never received it, nor did any neighbors. I contacted the transit company and the seller, but neither responded. I checked reviews before purchasing, and they all seemed fine. My experience suggests otherwise. I will continue to leave negative reviews until this issue is resolved, though I'm not optimistic. *UPDATE*: A representative contacted me today, and a refund has been sent. I checked my account, and the refund is there. No explanation was provided regarding the delivery, but the issue has been resolved.
