To my delight, I woke up to find that my shipping address had been updated, ensuring that my partner's Christmas gift will arrive without any problems!
I finally purchased a backpack for myself, the Standard. After the purchase I didn't receive confirmation of the purchase from The Real Leather Co. I reached out to customer care and received immediate attention. Within a day Rigelle, the person handling my case, solved my issue. It turned out the confirmation had been sent to my other email address that I hadn't checked. Rigelle was quick to handle my concern and very professional.
