The items were much smaller and much poorer quality than advertised. It looks like the listing used genuine product images but what arrived was a cheap, poor knock off, to the extent that the images on the cards look screen grabbed from elsewhere. They were ridiculously expensive for what they are, not taking into account that they took more money than was stated at checkout. A bait and switch website out to scam people whilst clearly putting the minimum effort in to make it barely legit.
I ordered two homemade sea glass bird ornaments as Christmas gifts for £16.85, but my account was charged £21.06 through PayPal. The items arrived late, missing Christmas. To my surprise, there was nothing homemade or made of sea glass; it was just a printed image on plastic. I reached out to the seller, who offered £2 compensation. I declined that and asked for a full refund, but they countered with £4. My bank provided little help and suggested I contact PayPal, but I couldn't reach anyone and couldn't file an issue through my account since I paid with my debit card. While I can handle the £21 loss, I feel scammed and frustrated, especially after reading similar reviews. It's concerning how such businesses are allowed to operate on social media.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I placed my order on December 12th, and it still hasn't arrived. It was advertised at £9.99, but they charged me £16.23. After a month of complaints, I only received a £3.23 refund and still no package. They refuse to issue a full refund, claiming it has been shipped. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS COMPANY.
I would give them zero stars if possible. This company is a scam. I ordered metallic silver socks but received white cotton ones instead, and they insist they sent the right item. They offered a £3 refund, which is a clear profit for them, considering the socks I received are of poor quality. This seems to be their tactic.
I ordered an embroidery book and sewing kit before Christmas, but it arrived on January 6th without the sewing kit. I contacted them immediately, but they dismissed my concerns and claimed my order was fulfilled. They refused a refund or replacement, offering only £3 as compensation, which is an insult considering I paid over £17 with taxes. I'm still trying to resolve this with them and will escalate it to PayPal.
I made a purchase through PayPal, and the amount charged was higher than expected. The increase was attributed to VAT, which I understand, but the company should display the correct total before purchase, not after. Additionally, the amount charged was inflated. I had to contact them directly, and they claimed it was a computer error, but they did refund the extra £8.
