Review Time
I purchased two bird ornaments for Christmas, costing £16.85, but my account was charged £21.06 via PayPal. The items arrived a day late, missing Christmas. What I received was not homemade or sea glass, but rather a printed image on plastic. I contacted the seller, who offered me £2 as compensation. I declined and asked for a full refund, but they only offered £4. My bank couldn't assist much and advised me to contact PayPal directly. Unfortunately, I couldn't reach a representative at PayPal and couldn’t file an issue through my account since I used my debit card. While I can manage the £21 loss, I feel utterly scammed and frustrated, especially after seeing that others have had similar experiences. It's shocking that such companies are allowed to operate on social media.
