VPS down for over 24 hours without prior notice

Woke up this morning to find server and website both down. No prior notice was received about this outage. I emailed support[at]fxsvps.com to enquire (but I won't be holding my breath for a reply).

A total scam please stay out of this company. They suddenly shut down the VPS and their own website is down too. No response from them. However, they charged me for the VPS server.

I paid for service on the 1st of July…

I paid for service on the 1st of July but few days later there wasn't any service again up till now all complaints sent to the support email was returned up till this moment please don't subscribe to their service again it's a scam
