Sending Xbox subscription codes that are not the correct length !!! Avoid at all cost, awful support service, keep going round in circles, it’s simple the code they send is 24 characters long but needs to be 25 characters to enter, vey poor wish I had paid Xbox full price, used CD keys for years never had a problem, definitely avoid ever using them again
My partner and I have purchased many keys for online gaming over the years, but today's code was expired. They sent us a useless one, and after reaching out for help and providing a screenshot of the error, we've heard nothing back. We haven't bought anything else until this is resolved, so no gaming today, and what's the point of getting another expired code? The seller has taken £13.29 from us without offering a refund or replacement. It's appalling; I wouldn't recommend them at all.
I bought an Office license but haven't received it. I'm starting to suspect this is a fraudulent site. Even if it is legitimate, I can't recommend their services. I paid for something that never arrived, and despite contacting support, I've received no response after over 10 days. The license should have been sent immediately via email as stated in the order. Consider this a warning for others.
I found a digital key for a game advertised online for the UK, but when I received it, it didn't work and had (AR) next to the code. I've reached out to customer service for a refund since it was misrepresented, but despite sending several screenshots of the error, I still haven't received my money back. I plan to dispute this with my bank and contact the financial ombudsman about their trading standards. They should not misadvertise products and refuse refunds. I've lost trust and I advise others to be cautious when buying from this site.
