I have used their VPS service for a long time and migrated into their server plan. Their server is incredibly faster than VPS From others. Nice performance with value pricing. Please do continue like this, you will have more customer in your business.
Worst VPS company, they are not true on what they are saying on their website. They said that admins don't have access inside clients VPS but they have, they even altered the settings of my EA on my Forex VPS and cause a huge lost. They event taunt clients on their Skype support. NEVER NEVER NEVER TRUST this VPS Company, it is worst and you will just lose money on their worst service.

I tried getting latency information from them but instead of giving them information from MT4 terminal they gave it from CMD, I requested them to give me screenshot from MT4 because it never matches with CMD latency and they refused. All other VPS providers transparently give you information from MT4 terminal because that is what matters when you trade forex. So the latency information from CMD they provided showed 1ms latency. I asked what if latency on MT4 is over 2ms. If it is under 2ms I will keep it and if not I will return it. They advised that there is no trial and they don't change on pro-rata basis so if the latency in MT4 even 4, 5 or 10 I will have to pay for 1 month. This is a disgusting service.Update: I went ahead and signed up to their service when they convinced me that information they are providing is real and they have been true to cusomters. Anyway when I got my VPS I installed MT4 right away and I was surprised to see that the latency to my broker server wasn't anywhere close to what they told me earlier. It was coming up close to 4.5ms consistently. I told them within 15 minutes that this is not suitable for scalping and I will lose money if I use it. Then came all the justification as oppose to fake we are true to customers attitude. They started telling that upto 6ms delay is acceptable, that my broker is using delay plugin and you are not advanced trader so you don't understand. I got clear MT4 screenshot from other providers who were actually being very transparent. I had a feeling that they were not confident of their product and service, they didn't provide you the real latency from MT4 platform, there is not trial and they don't charge on pro-rata basis. So essentially they know their product and service is crap, customers won't stay with us for much longer then why not just make them pay for the whole month for useless service and in the end they aren't going to stay anyway. Such terrible company.Update2: Because I posted a review they have removed my VPS but kept service active so that they can keep on chanrging me. What unethical business practice they have.

I ordered a Forex VPS and even after 12 Hours there is no response from them nor the VPS nothing.There Live Chat does not work, nobody is answering. I don't know if they are scam or what but my experience with them is bad.my Advise, if you are on schedule or don't have days to spare then don't buy any service from them.
