Absolute bunch of thieves and the most DISHONEST company you can come across. If I could swear and use profanity to describe them I would!!
Despite me telling them that I am in a fixed price contract and still have 3 years left , they verbally agreed to match and honour my contract for the same price with new current equipment. What a bunch of scammers ! They hid the terms and conditions of the contract and completely ignored what I said and put me into a 7 years lease contract
For the equipment. They are a sneaky company to deal with! I could say more,
BUT READ CAREFULLY WHAT YOU ARE SIGNING , AS THEY DO NOT REFLECT THAT IN THE CONTRACTS DESPITE THE VERBAL ASSURANCES. I’ve made a complaint, but hold little hope.

Today, I spent 38 minutes waiting to talk to someone who couldn't assist me. The support has also been lacking, as they mistakenly disconnected my broadband. I deeply regret choosing this provider.

This is a company that was previously known as Hi-Com. If you run a small or medium business, be cautious, as you may face significant issues. Thoroughly review contracts before signing, as you may end up in a lengthy commitment, and their equipment has little value. Check the media coverage on this company for more details.
The technician set up my system and demonstrated extensive knowledge about it, as there’s quite a bit involved in the setup. They were professional and cheerful, explaining how the system operates and its features. Thank you!
I want to express my gratitude for the outstanding support provided by the team. Our business faced unstable internet connectivity for nearly a week, mostly due to external issues. The representative was incredibly helpful, patient, and proactive, keeping us informed and guiding us until the problem was resolved. Their professionalism made a significant difference, and we truly appreciate the dedication shown.
Caution is advised… as a small business, we agreed to a phone and internet package at sixty pounds a month. The contract indicated the price would increase to £200, and we were assured the price would be honored if we contacted them before the contract expired. However, they have now raised it to £600 a month, claiming we are locked into an additional five years. As a small company, we cannot manage this cost and have been unable to access the contract details sent to us.
