I bought a phone that supposedly has eSIM function. Instead of the chip though, the phone has 2nd sim card slot designated as physical eSIM holder. Without knowing this thanks to somewhat false advertising from the phone producer and reseller. I had big trouble setting an eSIM thanks to being oblivious to the fact you need to use sim slot 2 as a receiver. Superalink did all they could to help me out with setting the eSIM. After we became to conclusion it's not happening. They refunded my money instantly without even me asking for it. Truly pleasantly good experience with the staff. Giving only 4* because it did take good while to everyone figure out the problem. Otherwise truly 5* service!

I purchased a plan for my trip and set it up a few days in advance. Unlike previous services, it activated right away while I was still at home, even without being turned on, and began counting down. Customer service was helpful and processed my refund. However, I had to activate it again upon arrival, which required Wi-Fi, defeating the purpose of an eSIM. While there, the connection was inconsistent, and I had to restart my phone every time I lost free Wi-Fi, which was frustrating. As a solo female traveler, I rely on eSIMs for safety. Despite good customer service, I wouldn't use this service again since I’ve had no issues with other providers.
I bought this eSIM specifically for travel in Colombia, and it was one of the worst connectivity experiences I've ever had. Daily automatic APN updates completely disrupted the eSIM, causing data to stop working until I manually reconfigured the APN settings. Even when it was 'working,' speeds were painfully slow, making basic tasks nearly impossible. Customer support acknowledged the issue but only provided generic troubleshooting. When I asked for a refund due to the service being nearly unusable, they refused, claiming it had already been activated. I've used many eSIM providers globally, and this was by far the worst experience. Save your money and choose a different provider for Colombia. UPDATE: After posting this review, I received a refund, which was initially denied. It’s up to you to decide if the company values its reputation or its customers.
