I contacted {* 𝑉𝑒𝑟𝑖𝑡𝑎𝑠𝑅𝑒𝑑𝑟𝑒𝑠𝑠 *} when my bank declined help. They reviewed details and maintained communication. The matter concluded with roughly £70k returned after internal review and appropriate correspondence completion period overall.

They have no control over what is going…

They have no control over what is going on in the sending and delivery process...They remove themselves from any responsibility, and thus they tell you that they have delivered the products without actually giving any proof of it...Online scammers, and the products are just being shipped from china, thus might as well get low quality stuff from Temu and the likes ...They are just posing as an European company so that they seem more legitimate... They are not, lesson learned!!

I bought the K18 hairmask from Fyndiq, I emailed customerservice twice about my suspicion on the hairmask, I just got it in the mail and it’s 100% fake. I would not recommend buying any products from this company. I’m not happy at all with my order!

Order not delivered at home, it should be at a pick up point, but it doesnt show which pick up point. Customer service only says it is at a pick up point. BUT WHICH ONE??? the links to see where the package is is all in Chinese!!!!! Money gone, no package receivef. BAD COMPANY DO NOT BUY HERE YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING. YOU WON,T GET HELP FROM COSTUMERSERVICE.

I ordered some underware.

I ordered some underware and was told it would take 21 days to receive it. I got a mail to say the mailing company had a notification a parcel was going to be sent by them. They never received it. I contacted Fyndiq and they said I had to wait for the delivery date before they could do something. It never came. I Asked for a refund and they did refund me some of my payment minus 160 kr. When I asked for that the told me to contact the seller. They are Crooks from China using a Swedish website.Do no use them.Truth is I never use Chinese companys as this happens far to often.Ive had leather shoes that where made of plastic and got a xxxl Green Bay packer t shirt when I ordered a pair of Adidas's Nastase tennis shoes.As you see from the reply they never answered the question of my missing 160 kr which is the most importance thing or the word sorry .Dont use these cheats if you do you will lose your money and get no goods you ordered.

We ordered shipment and would get two…

We ordered shipment and would get two shipments. Made a ticket for both shipments. Both was lost in transit. Email correspondence went quick were support informed us we will get payment back. We ordered in February and in July still no payment received. Emails are not answered anymore from support. Over 600 dkk lost. Will never use this place again and do not recommend at all
