If I could give you no stars, or minus 50 stars, I would do so. I inadvertently ordered something from a company that fraudulently presented itself as an agent for Microsoft, and when I discovered that the item I ordered--and paid for--was coming from the UK, I attempted to contact the company to try to cancel the order. An email went un-responded to and the charge has gone through my credit card. I DO NOT WANT THIS PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY. NOW I AM HAVING TO DEAL WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY IN AN ATTEMPT TO CANCEL THE ENTIRE TRANSACTION AND GET MY MONEY REFUNDED.TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY, THE LINK TO THE DOWNLOAD CODE SUPPLIED BY THE COMPANY DOES NOT WORK!!! THIS IS A SCAMMING COMPANY THAT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!!!
Your initial email indicated it would take 1 to 6 hrs wherein I would receive a second email with the download instructions. Not only have I not received the second email I have repeatedly called and sent emails with no response from you. Please respond with the product as promised and paid for.
The link downloaded,but it would not install. The download took a full day (not instant). I called for support and am still waiting for a return call. I have downloaded from Microsoft,but still cannot get the key installed. Marc wagoner 402-312-4121
