Everything was wrongMessed up my order to the extend they just had to refund me at last. Zero contact before i reached out. Fyndiq is not the seller, they are just a reseller platform, so they don´t know, and cannot help with anything. Now 24 days later i have a daughter crying because she cannot get her present. Do not buy from them as the have zero risk profiling of the supply chain and they do not have the items themself, but purely get items from 3.-party ! This is not clear in any way when you are doing your purchase ! Seriously contemplating reporting them to the Danish Consumer Council

Fraud

Stay away from this website. It is fraud. Like many others I placed an order but never received the product. According to the tracking number it is stuck in China and customer service will not cancel the order. They are saying that I must return the product once I receive which will likely never happen. Fraud

Placed an order on the 17.09.23, then after many weird emails from another company called Rootz (who supposedly handles the delivery) we were told the item could not be delivered. Still waiting for a refund.

Total fraud

Total fraud! They advertize toys as squishmallows, and then comes the package with a toy that looks like something a cat dragged in and that has nothing to do with squishmallows. Worthless and really bad copy. Will never buy from them again.

terrible support for new sellers, we have applied for a seller account months ago, the time asked for VAT documents we sent them and since no response, we have sent more than 20 emails in the last 30 days they will never get back to you...
