terrible! managed to rip out my neighbours connection when coming to install at my place, think they hired workers with no experience. Also, why wear boot covers only to walk outside in them then back into my home? did not even end up installing in my flat in the end! woeful! Should have paid attention to the abysmal low honest reviews on here and the even more worrying ones on google maps
