I am having a very disappointing experience with Gambiva Casino.I requested a withdrawal 12 days ago, and until now the payment has not been processed. Each time I contact customer support, I receive vague or generic responses such as “please be patient” or “the payment is being reviewed”, without any clear explanation or timeframe.What concerns me most: • Withdrawal pending for 12 days • No concrete reason given for the delay • Support keeps giving standard replies instead of real answersI have complied with all requirements and expected the withdrawal to be handled within a reasonable time. Unfortunately, this is another casino that rips off UK players. I agree with your opinions, there is no customer service, I wrote to them today about closing the account but no response. I don't know why I made the mistake of signing up at this casino. I regret not checking the reviews. From my experience, I know on website is so many of them. Casino's what accept UK players and allow registering do deposits, but withdrawals is very difficult. Believe me, there are too many casino sites that do the same thing. I always chat and ask for detailed information about UK players. Most agents don't answer transparently, but that's their job and they do what the management says. But few week ago I had a situation not that casino but similar one I get the answers to my uncomfortable questions, and I wrote my opinion describing what happened to me. So after a week of trying to withdraw £900 winnings, today it has been rejected and winnings confiscated. Apparently due to playing wrong games as per sign up terms and conditions. Ive sent them all my details/ ID which they now have. Such a con website. Stay away.

Felt so lucky , but it’s likely I’ve just been sucked in ….Googling online and they are the sister site of Mad Casino and the reviews are terrible - Mad Casino do not pay winnings , they just close your account ….Gambiva let you join from uk , through a link called gambiva.co.uk , but now I see from googling , one of their terms is that they will terminate the account of UK players and their winnings ! This was not made clear and they let me join with no issues, knowing I was in UK … but having gone on their website and read their terms - it is there. Worrying practice if they are targeting UK players…So my withdrawals have been in review for a day now and I have provided of my ID docs …..Will update either way and will adjust the stars accordingly, but for now if you are in the UK - BE CAUTIOUS!!!

I submitted multiple withdrawal requests totaling €1500.My account is fully verified (KYC completed). The withdrawals have been marked as "under review" for an extended period.I contacted the casino several times and received only generic responses. They mentioned delays due to the weekend, but even after business days resumed, no funds were processed and no further response was provided.I am still waiting for my withdrawals to be completed or for a clear explanation.
