I uploaded all necessary documents for verification, but over a week later, my account is still unverified, and the withdrawal is still marked as 'pending.' I'm joining the line of people that have been scammed before me, wish i read the reviews beforehand. - I passed all of Gambiva's verification process, my withdrawal has been sitting "under review" for over a week. Today I receive an email saying the withdrawal has been rejected and to expect a follow-up email for the reason. I tried to access my account but have been locked out. - Avoid Gambiva at all cost. I will be taking the fight to them through every legal means until funds are released.
Fraud ! Be aware ... the casino uses different sites to book your money .. customer service are useless.. compaliants never answered .. RED FLAG .. You may apply for refund through your bank as this FAKE casino book your money as Books, baby stuff, and Health product .. apply for refund directly even if it was a penny .. Don't allow these scammers to take your money.
THEIVING CRIMINALS! I had a withdrawal of €1000 and €900 pending review since the 4th of December! I messaged every day and complained everyday and they ended up confiscating the winnings. AVOID THIS CASINO AT ALL COSTS. I deposited well over £1000 as I was expecting the withdrawal to come through now I’m left with nothing! DO NOT USE ESPECIALLY IN THE UK AS ITS UNREGULATED.
