It was painless and the diamonds came through as expected on my b i g o account. I had no issue. I verified with my ID and they were kind enough to send a confirmation email
I want to be clear and fair in this review.
GameBar confirmed that my orders were refunded, and I understand that the refund action was initiated. However, the real issue is that the funds are still under a pre-authorization hold placed by the merchant, which means the money is still blocked on my account.
I contacted my bank (KAST), and they officially confirmed that the delay is not a bank processing issue. The bank explained that until the merchant releases the pre-authorization hold from their payment processor, the funds will remain pending and may take up to 30 days to be automatically released.
Unfortunately, the live chat support was not helpful. After explaining the situation and providing clarification from my bank, the chat was closed without resolving the issue.
In addition, I have contacted GameBar support by email twice, and I have received no response at all.
So while the orders are marked as “refunded”, the money is still not available to me, and the solution depends entirely on the merchant’s action.
I urgently need the funds returned within a reasonable timeframe and hope GameBar can properly address this by releasing the pre-authorization instead of asking customers to wait indefinitely.
I ordered the wrong pack and kindly asked the live chat agent for a refund. He said said no so I asked if i could contact my bank for help from them, he immediately went NO dont do it and sent me atleast 3 messages saying dont do it. Then when i checked my gamebar account it got either deleted or banned, because i cant log in anymore. UNACCEPTABLE
