Misleading Practices

The representative altered our agreement. I provided part of a bullion bar for sale, and I was told I would receive spot price for the silver. However, the account manager confirmed the bar was 999 silver but lowered the price. I attempted to obtain contact information for management but was denied.

Surprisingly Good Outcome

I didn't expect much for the small scraps of my dental crown, but I was pleasantly surprised to receive a nice check. They detailed all the metals included and even sent a self-addressed stamped envelope for future submissions. They also emailed me before sending the check to inform me of their assessment, and if I was unsatisfied, they would return the metals.

Unprofessional Experience

I mailed my small lot of precious metals to the service for a cash offer a week ago. The tracking showed it was delivered, but I received no updates. The assigned account manager was supposed to keep me informed but failed to do so until I reached out. I was told my items would be sent back with a tracking number, which I never received. When I contacted the office, I was given vague responses and told to wait longer. All I want is my metals returned without issues.
