We ordered a canvas recently as a Christmas gift for our son, but it arrived damaged, likely due to customs or our postal service. I reached out to customer service, and the representative arranged for a replacement canvas and even sent a complimentary one for the inconvenience—essentially a two-for-one deal. These folks are great. Keep up the good work!
I started with the KOI fish from a collection and I’m really enjoying it. The canvas prints help me focus and relieve my anxiety. I will definitely be buying more canvases, and I must say the customer service also deserves a high rating. Thank you!
Ordered a selection of 5 canvases. Not sure how, but the order went through as 5 of the same canvas. Contacted Gatsby and they corrected immediately - all i had to pay for was the delivery cost of the replacement. Support was really helpful and understanding. Quality of the item is also great and enjoy completing all the canvases in time.
Gatsby Canvas not only has amazing products, but immensely kind, helpful, and VERY responsive customer service! I had a fantabulous experience with them on my birthday when my partner had accidentally ordered me 3 of the same canvas and they helped me get the two different varieties I had wanted with no stress and no fuss. it's my fourth time buying from them across the past year and I finally decided to post a review, because I'm just so impressed! the products look amazing and they are constantly making new designs and concepts so every time I ordered I got pleasantly surprised. I remember the first time I ordered, it was just an envelope and a canvas in a regular mailer bag (my canvas arrived bent and slightly damaged and when I reached out to their customer service they arranged for a free replacement for me right away). Fast forward a year later, now they come in these really pretty and sturdily padded mailer bags and the envelope/packaging is actually an origami piece that can be folded into a display stand for the canvas. the paper quality also feels so much better. you can really see the effort they are putting into making these products and the thought they put in to listen to the customers.
it was really great - the canvases reveal such vibrant colours with the designs and every now and then when i come back to buy their stuff the product gets upgraded - better packaging, better paper thickness, better styluses available for purchase. seems like this company really cares about their customers. Highly therapeutic and i do this with my wife and 2 kids as a bonding moment as a family, definitely calmed them down and brought us closer together
