I was being charged 17.50 Pounds for “…

I was being charged 17.50 Pounds for “ International” shopping despite being a resident of N.Ireland which unless I’am mistaken is still part of UK. When I enquired on phone as to why this was I was told that the shipping company charged residents of N.Ireland the same as those living in the R.O.I. Which is of course not. Very disappointed. PS I only gave one star because the lady I spoke with was very polite.
