Amazing customer experience:1. Had the product in stock - only shop in the UK to do so2. Embraced the need to predict sizings accurately - and got it right first time3. Communicated like a dream - eventhough I was advised that the key contact whom I needed was off on leave (he answered same day, 3 times)4. Online order confirmation, billing and shipping info process was all top-notch5. Price was 10% less than expected, and voluntarily offered to me, as such6. Amazing company, amazing people.

I’ve never dealt with a company and a manager/owner who is so nice. I placed an order and he helped me choose the items. Even I’m managed to haggle for a bit of a discount. No lies, no hidden nonsense, gave me real advice. Some of the items that I bought did not fit me well and asked for a refund, they did not try to force me to buy other stuff, they simple asked if I’d like a refund or exchange. Postage and delivery was smooth. Packaging was great. Service was 10/10. Honestly would use these guys any time if I need something. Thank you all!
