When I arrived, I received NO SERVICE and was informed I wouldn't be refunded. All they did was direct me to the platform for help.
As a regular client, I must caution others about the low level of service, reliability, and transparency. The quality of the vehicles reflects this poor standard. When problems arose with the car that were not my fault, their true nature was revealed. I strongly suggest opting for a more reputable company.
