Frustrating experience with unexpected charges.

We arranged a rental through the service recommended to us while our vehicle was being repaired. Thankfully, they had a clean, 7-seater available, which was exactly what we needed, so we picked it up quickly. We even documented the condition of the car inside and out, including fuel levels. After nearly two months of careful use, including a thorough cleaning and refueling before returning it, we were shocked to see a £69.99 charge appear on our bank statement. We followed up and were told it was for fuel, which we knew was incorrect since we had refueled. My partner encountered numerous representatives, some of whom were unhelpful or unprofessional, and we sent multiple emails without progress. Despite our evidence showing the fuel was only 3/4 full when we picked it up, they insisted we returned it below half. This ongoing dispute added unnecessary stress, especially as it unfolded right before the holidays. Eventually, after a month of back-and-forth, we found a customer service contact who resolved the issue, admitting it was a mistake and processing our refund. My advice is to document everything and persist if you believe you're right. I later discovered many similar complaints, indicating a pattern of unexpected charges, so be cautious.

Great online booking experience!

I booked a car online through a local rental service, and it was a much better experience compared to my previous dealings with another company that overcharged my family. The pricing at this service was much more reasonable, and the overall experience was fantastic. The representative who assisted with the booking was very professional and helpful. Frustrating booking experience with high costs.

I attempted multiple times to book a rental vehicle after mine broke down. The website was extremely frustrating, and their customer support was not helpful. I eventually found a phone number for a local dealer that was open on the weekend and received a quote of over €1000 for renting a car in Sweden and returning it in the Netherlands the next day. For that amount, I could have purchased a car instead of dealing with this unhelpful service.

Terrible experience with the booking.

What a frustrating experience! I paid for a car for Monday, but when I called, they informed me there was no car available. I traveled all the way to the location only to be refused service. This has been a complete joke.

Disappointing experience with unauthorized charges.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this car rental service. They made multiple unauthorized charges to my credit card without my consent, even after my family and I had left the country. These charges were labeled as 'Shopping' in the area, which is completely unacceptable. I reached out to the service multiple times for clarification but received no satisfactory response. This breach of trust is concerning, and I am considering legal action. I strongly warn against using this service due to their poor customer service and security practices.

Unpleasant service experience.

I had the worst service with unfriendly staff. It was nearly impossible to contact customer support, and the car I received was in poor condition. I would not recommend renting from this company.

Unauthorized charges and poor communication.

I experienced terrible communication with this service. They took money from my credit card without permission on three separate occasions. After filing a complaint through my insurance, I was eventually refunded 89% of my money. Their car was decent, but I would not recommend using this service.

Issues with late flight and additional costs.

My flight arrived late at Frankfurt Hahn, which caused issues with picking up my rental car. I was informed by a representative that I would have to pay an extra fee if I arrived after midnight, which I had not budgeted for. When I arrived, there was no one at the counter, forcing me to stay overnight at the airport. I also ended up paying for insurance that was already included in my booking, which was disappointing. The service needs to ensure proper staffing for late arrivals and that vehicles are ready for customers.

Incompetent and unprofessional service.

I strongly advise against using this service. They are incompetent and rude, unable to manage a vehicle rental operation effectively. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes, they blame the customer and treat refunds as favors. It has been an extremely frustrating experience.
