I ordered from them , I have set many emails asking for timeline of shipment or even tracking and I have received email asking for PO information so I provided it and still NOTHING back on my order I work in customer service and this is not how it should be
I received a t-shirt that was advertised on the American Cancer Walk. The shirt did not have the American Cancer logo on it. Also, it was suppose to be good quality Hanes t-shirt, the shirt was a cheat stiff shirt of poor quality. Lastly the print was very faint in some areas.
Gearlaunch illegally uses Music for Veterans Logo. Like criminals they go DIRECTLY ON TO OUR FACEBOOK PAGE to sell their goods! Our nonprofit helps Veterans reintegrate into civilian life so, every dollar that goes to Gearlaunch is taken from our work ...and they refuse to stop!
I ordered 2 custom T-Shirts and a few days later I noticed that I placed my order wrong. The order said 2 large in white. I wanted 1 in pink XL. The order was already started BUT when I contacted them, against policy, they would attempt to change my order. They DID!
This company is honestly pathetic. I have read hundreds upon hundreds of reviews claiming they consistently steal others' artwork, and they've been doing this for years and years and years. They should be run out of business.Apparently they don't even print nicely, and the quality of their products is garbage. I myself ordered a shirt from them and even though it says it was "delivered", I never received anything. I've been fighting with them over a refund for about 6 weeks now. The only way I'll get one is if I sign a document stating I can be arrested if they find me guilty of anything at all. It's absolutely absurd.A company that defrauds and plagiarizes... You think you're getting me to sign literally anything???Asinine. Never work with these people. Never buy from these people. They are scum.
Ordered alumni hoodie and minutes later, fellow alumnus told me it's a scam and the seller was using the school logo without authorization. Emailed seller within an hour from time I placed an order and received reply saying order has been processed already and cannot cancel. Fast forward, it's been 5 weeks and shipment didn't arrive. Shipment tracking didn't update since 4 weeks ago. Emailed seller for status today and email bounced back. GearLaunch is hosting scam seller!
