I am from Bangladesh seller my store zxmyprint.com,I am extremely frustrated with GearLaunch. They withheld $65.52 from my account without any valid reason and have ignored my requests for an explanation. This platform is supposed to help sellers, but their lack of transparency and poor communication feels like cheating.I do not recommend GearLaunch to anyone looking for a reliable print-on-demand platform. If they treat small sellers like this, I can’t trust them at all.

I do not recommend GearLaunch to anyone looking for a reliable print-on-demand platform. If they treat small sellers like this, I can’t trust them at all.
description of material used is not clear...cotton t-shirt...one would think a regular cotton shirt...BUT NO...they are heavy cotton...way to hot for regular summer ware, and don't fit like regular cotton t shirts...but they don't say this and if you don't like it you can pay 10.00 more for a different size. I will NEVER use this company again.
I was waiting for an order. I didn't get it and after a while I got a notice from post office that there was postage due of $5.16, after I'd paid for postage. Shirt came in an "envolope" so they only paid for an envelope. It was too thick for an envelope and didn't qualified. I asked Post office and they said that this company does this a lot and sometimes even puts a note on it saying "this is an envelope." It does not qualify as an envelope and they are passing on the mailing expense to the consumer. I finally picked it up from post office, I t has an invoice number on it from 12/18. Nedless to say I didn't get it by Christmas.
