I would avoid this company at all costs. I made an order & a week later i contacted them to ask about my order as i had not recived it. They told me that i need to order another one as it wont arrive in time for Eid. They promised the second dress i choose will 100% be here by Eid and ill be given tracking number. I then chose another dress & messaged a few days later asking why i havnt be provided with tracking number, they told me again that it wont be here on time for Eid. Even now i had to message. Disgraceful

Inconvenienced

Ordered an outfit online via website and was told that the parcel would arrive in time for Eid. A few hours later I was then messaged to say that the outfit is unexpectedly out of stock and was offered a replacement outfit or a refund for the inconvenience which was thoughtful however I didnt want any other outfit and so was left hugely inconvenienced as I dont have an outfit for eid and it is too late to order elsewhere

There were a few issues at the beginning, but the seller handled everything professionally and resolved the problems quickly.The clothes arrived exactly as expected, the quality is good, and everything was packaged securely.
