I received my shirts today and wasn't expecting them till Friday. I Love Them, the size is what I wanted and I was worried they may not be true to size, they're perfect. They're also a very good quality tee also which I was concerned about due to the price but hey, good job teeoddy.com. Thank you!!!
I destroyed my husband's fairly new tee shirt (Christmas gift) with bleach in a laundry oversight and was thrilled when the GearLaunch team responded to my request to duplicate the order in March. Ordering from Canada can be full of surprises with custom delays and costs. However, this went smoothly as GearLaunch had promised. I ordered the wrong size but GL agreed with their smiling service to replace the order at a reduced cost. Much appreciated and great service.

I ordered two different Star Trek shirts in different colors. I received an email from the company that the shirts were no longer available in my selected colors, but that I could choose another color instead. Most companies would have just said the shirts I wanted were no longer in stock and would have cancelled my order. I was impressed that they took the time to offer me an alternative so that my order would still be processed. Great customer service!
