Geegpay said they will refund the money that's sent to my account on the 6th of December. I said no problem. Since then, I haven't heard anything from Geegpay. I have been kept in the dark. I expect you guys to give me an update. That's how customer service works. But it is quite unfortunate that I don't even have an idea of what's going on. Since the 6th of December till now. There's no longer a trace of the money in my account. Nothing to show that the refund has been processed. Absolutely nothing. Please I beg you guys in the name of God, process my refund. Please. Hello Geegpay users, I’m so glad when I found that I can use Geegpay to receive money from another country and I was introduced by a friend so I create USD accounts but I’m so worried that $1200 that was paid on 21 November by a business partner in USA with a proof of payment that the money is confirmed successfully debit from her account but up to 8 days now I haven’t be fund yet. I withdrew money from my geegpay wallet to my mobile money account ut it’s been 2 days since but i have not received any money on my wallet and the transaction is been processed for about 2 days now why haven’t i received my money yet this was the number i withdrew to +233535732194 Mtn and +233500983628 Vodafone but i haven’t received any money in both of them. I had an issue with phone number verification and it took me about 3 to 4 weeks for that issue to be resolved please i need immediate response this time round thank you.

My friend sent me money to purchase games for him using my virtual card and immediately the money hit my account geegpay held the money, local transaction from my friend and they refused to answer my dms on twitter and it's so disappointing, 60,000 naira.Update: They lifted that and the money dropped but I haven't been able to fund my card for almost 24 hours and this reeks of mediocrity in the services you offer.
