This feels like a scam. I made my purchase on December 8, and the tracking showed it was shipping from China. After a month, it indicates it was delivered to a mailbox I don’t have. They never delivered it, and I have received no response from them.
If it seems too good to be true, it usually is. After nearly two months since placing my order, I could track its movements within China until last week. It was supposedly on a boat since December 20. It must have been a slow boat because it was still listed as on the boat last weekend. This morning, the links to my order and the tracker stopped working. Lesson learned: Avoid this website!
Do not place an order; it’s a scam! I ordered two cast iron pots in December and never received them. When I tried to contact them, they only replied that they would check, but I never heard back. The order links no longer work. This was definitely a fraudulent website! Beware.
Terrible company scamming people out of money, promising refunds but never delivering. I paid a significant amount for a thank you card, and they don’t respond when asked for a refund. They just claim it was sent and that my bank is blocking it. They are a joke.

The card was just a way for them to show proof of delivery. No items, just a small envelope with a card inside. It's unbelievable how they get away with this, but I should have checked reviews first. I later received a scam alert from my security app warning me to block them immediately. I hope they are caught soon.
