Entirely unprofessional. I purchased car insurance, and after a week, there was no response. I followed up multiple times through their messaging service, but received no reply. Only when I mentioned securing insurance from another provider did they respond in a dismissive manner: "We are canceling your application." I do not recommend this service. There are far better alternatives available, so don't waste your time.
