I am really enjoying my iSpring whole house filtration system. My water is fantastic right from the faucet now. The installation process is really simple, too. I had an issue with a missing filter wrench, but Julius hooked me up really quick and I'm good to go now. I appreciate the wonderful service and have already ordered replacement filters from them.
I had several questions for iSpring regarding the best filter pack based on the water quality report for our service area. Julius was very helpful in analyzing the report and then recommending the best filter pack model. I also had an issue with registering one of our products at which point Julius again jumped in an remedied the situation in a very timely fashion. My experience with Julius and iSpring is great!
First of all the I live in San Diego... the worst city water on the planet. We are forced to drink Costco Kirkland water... which we love. The Ispring 6- stage RO system with an alkaline filter adds the mineral water taste back into the water, the taste we like. I'm a big DIY guy, and this project was easy to install. Simply follow their YouTube video install guide. No leaks, includes tools and extra parts... excellent customer service. I've sent 3 email messages, all of which have been answered in less than 24 hours.
I had recently upgraded to the bigger iSpring spin down filter system and had installed it with no problems…. After about a month the drain valve wasn’t closing completely …I would have to remove the auto drain control and use some pliers to shut it off…
I contacted customer support and was helped by Julius… His customer service was excellent and after a quick email response with my system symptoms, new parts were on their way…

We got the RCC7AK-UV and it’s been installed for about two weeks, and we’re really pleased with it! The water comes from the city, but we noticed it had a bit of a smell when the lake was low. When I taste the water from the refrigerator filter compared to the RCC7AK-UV filter, I can definitely tell there’s a difference. The 7-way filtration really makes the water taste clean and smooth. I did run into one little problem, but Laurence fixed it super fast.
Love my system and install was very straightforward. We had a slight issue with the faucet but it was resolved very quickly and with kindness by Julius - he was very helpful and accommodating making the transaction seamless and easy. I would buy this system again as it’s a great value, and the support from the company is wonderful!
ISpring has provided very positive support of my issue with the automatic draining of my spin down filter. Living in Florida, our water hardness is very high. The level of commitment from ISpring to help us with the issue has been refreshing and quite satisfying in today's business climate.

I have been using the iSpring RCC7AK RO filter system for almost a year. Water tastes much better than tap water. The alkaline filter ensures that you get the essential minerals for your body to function well. There was a minor problem with the faucet . I contacted iSpring using the online form and Julius promptly responded and sent a replacement faucet. I am very satisfied by the quality of customer support iSpring provides.
They have one of the best customer services out there! Laurence was super helpful when we were having issues with our drinking system. You can see their sincerity in keeping you as a long term customer and having their water systems do their job, which you don’t often see from a company or customer services.
We are on a well system and noticed alot of sediment being filtered by our whole house filter. I went to the iSpring site and found out about their pre sediment auto flush filters. I sent an email to customer service which was answered promptly by Julius. He gave me the setup I would need to keep the sediment out of our water and to help stop changing our whole house filter so frequently. Julius recommended the WSP ARB 100 and 50 micron auto flush filters. I purchased both filters to integrate on our well system. He also told me the proper order to install the pre sediment filter units. The units are installed and working great. The water in the whole house filter is now clean. I have purchased the 7 stage under sink RO system with UV in the past and have been extremely satisfied with iSpring products and their customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is truly concerned about their water and their health. With iSpring products you will always be on top of safe and great tasting water.
