We were regular visitors of Westfield Casino but never again! Last week we were waiting for the lift to come when a man kicked off at a Manager by the entrance. He spat at him and the language was unbelievable! He then picked up a big bin and threw it across the entrance. We were petrified but where was Security?!? Nowhere to be seen!! Do you not have a Duty of Care for your customers?When the lift came he got in with us. That should not have been allowed. We were petrified. He should have been detained. During the afternoon there were young lads walking around with hoodies on too! That should not be allowed. Yet when our friend came the time before he was asked to remove his cap!A truly horrible experience!
