Like many others, I wish I had checked the reviews before making my order. The Oud Wood body butter has left me smelling like an old makeup bag from my grandmother, who passed away two years ago. When I reached out about a refund, I was surprised to learn that I’d have to pay for return shipping. Why return it at all? No one else deserves to buy this. I'd honestly be better off using cream cheese instead.

I ordered the Oud Wood, thinking it was just a bad batch since it had a faint clean scent with no oud fragrance. They kindly sent me another scent, but sadly, it was the same letdown. I was hopeful after reading positive reviews, but I won't be purchasing again. The customer service was good, but the product didn't meet my expectations, especially for the price. 😔😢
The seal was already broken, so it seemed like a return from someone else. The claims that it can replace a fragrance are completely false. The scent is minimal, and the comments about it lasting all day seem to be from fake reviewers. The Sauvage version is basically just moisturizer without any scent, while the Baccarat Rouge one has a slight smell only detectable up close. I reached out to customer support about the open pot but received no reply.
I bought a set of three body butters—Tobacco Vanille, Baccarat Rouge, and Ombre Nomade—and the scents are barely noticeable. Additionally, the tubs were not full. For the price, I expected much better quality. I wish I could share a picture.
The sizes advertised were not accurate, and there was a lack of transparency regarding the product's origin. The trousers I ordered were labeled 2XL, but I wear an XL, and everything was in misleading sizes. The actual waist measurement was 32 inches, far from an XL. The packaging was subpar as well. I wouldn't recommend this company.
