I am very frustrated. After purchasing a lifelong membership, I received a notification that my free version has ended and that I need to pay again. Each time I try to use the app, it tells me it has expired and asks for another payment.
This is truly disheartening. I invested in a lifelong membership, and today I received a notice that my free version has expired, requiring additional payment. Whenever I try to access the app that I paid for, it indicates that it has expired and prompts me to pay again.
One star is too generous. I paid for a lifetime subscription but only received a 7-day trial. In today's world, a tech company should excel in customer service. There’s no support available, and I was not given an account to log into. They don’t provide email or phone support, leaving me unable to get a refund or access my paid account. Resolving my issue should not be this difficult, yet it feels impossible. Caution to potential buyers!
This company has been a nightmare. After paying for the app, it started malfunctioning within a week, flickering between red and a normal screen. I attempted all troubleshooting steps, but nothing worked. There’s no way to submit a support ticket, and the community help is inadequate. I filed a ticket with PayPal for a refund, but it remains unresolved a week later. I work with many clients who would benefit from this app, but I can no longer recommend it.
