This is our third Adria motorhome purchase from Geoff Cox Leisure situated at Marehay Nr Ripley. This is a family run business and wouldn’t”entertain going to any other dealership. The staff are friendly and extremely knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble. Their customer service is excellent and they handle any problems large or small professionally. When you buy a motorhome you are given a full in-depth description and demonstration to make sure you feel confident with all the controls. Although this is our third Adria many of the controls are different from our previous ones. Our handover was carried out by Joanne who was very thorough and fully explained everything in a friendly and professional manner.Must give a big thank you to Gavin, Joe, Deborah and Gainor for making the changeover extremely easy for us and to Nigel and Ian for making sure our motorhome was cleaned and prepared beautifully. A real team effort.
I very rarely leave reviews but I have to say the after sales and care at Geoff Cox is second to none. Bought our campervan from them and have had a few minor issues with the van, it has never been any trouble to get it sorted. The staff are always helpful and friendly and go out of their way to sort the issues. If you are thinking about buying but worrying about after sales then go to Geoff Cox’s.
Fred was very helpful and understood my needs for the car I required as I have had to change to a family car. He made the process a lot easier than I expected and explained the finer details in a simple way. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy any type of car.
