STAY CLEAR. I had purchased a Mercedes e220 7 months ago and was over the moon. Only to find out 5 months In the car had faulty engine mounts and the car needs a whole new rebuild camshaft is faulty. Spoke with JORDAN THORNE who told me they would not be doing a damn thing, as the car is out of warranty, so now I have to spend more money taking legal action.
Found my new car on there website and rang to book an appointment,Arrived a little early but nothing to much trouble and a very nice cup of tea!From start to finish the staff especially Fred were brilliant and he really is a credit to them as such a lovely lad,Everything we discussed was done on collection and another lovely cup of tea!I have to say I would highly recommend this dealership and would advise anyone to go there if they have what you want absolutely brilliant.Well done all and especially you FredThankyou for everything.
From entering the showroom for the first time until departing a few weeks later with our new Subaru Forester, the whole experience was painless, caring and friendly.Jordan Thorne was both knowledgeable about the car and understanding of my wife's needs with regard to her Dementia.I would definitely recommend this family operated dealer. Excellent customer service. The whole process of buying my new car from paying an online deposit to collection was seamless! Communication was excellent by phone and email and the sales team were friendly and helpful throughout . I never felt rushed or pressured into making any decisions. This is the third car I have purchased from Geoff Cox and I would highly recommend them.
Just bought a car (Honda Civic Type R) from Geoff Cox. With it being a small family business, we had the best experience we’ve ever had from a car sales garage. Mike, who looked after us, was brilliant and answered any query we had with ease. There was a little damage in the boot to which they have sorted out at no cost to us.Fabulous service and would 100% recommend to anyone.We love our new car!
I would actively avoid using this company.I recently paid a £250 deposit on a car, my circumstances changed which left me having to cancel the purchase literally 12 hours later.I checked the paperwork that I was given and it clearly states that "the deposit less expenses incurred is refundable, in case of cancellation of this order"I have attempted to chase this four times via emails and phone calls. I eventually received an email stating that because I viewed and test drove the vehicle, my deposit was not being returned, this seems to be a brilliant way ripping people off.Customer service from this company has been shocking to say the least, with no communication at all once I cancelled the order.In hindsight, I am thoroughly pleased I walked away as I would have little confidence in getting any vehicle problems resolved with a warranty as it probably isn't worth the paper it is written on.
We have just picked up our third Adria motorhome from Geoff Cox Leisure. Any issues we have had have always been dealt with to our satisfaction ( which is why we are a returning customer!) we have been pleased with vehicle and habitation service. Everyone we have come into contact with has been very helpful.
Ordered a new Adria in October 23 at the NEC for delivery June 24. Excellence service from Gavin. Took our exchange Motorhome in 1 week before pick up, dealt with Joe, 1 week later collected our new Adria, with Adam dealing with the handover. Throughout we have been dealt with in a friendly professional way not just by Joe & Adam but by all the Geoff Cox team we have had contact with. Very happy with the level of service provided and would recommend to anyone considering buying a Motorhome from them. Thank you.
