We bought a new Wildax campervan in September and it couldn’t have been a better experience, Deborah was amazingly friendly and helpful. A couple of weeks ago we had a problem with the shower tap leaking and we needed it fixing quickly as we had a 6 week trip around Spain we drove to Derby expecting a lengthy visit possibly over night as they were quite busy. The experience again couldn’t have been better Nathan on reception got someone on the case straight away and they fitted a different tap to see us through whilst the correct type was on order. Again Deborah kept checking on us and made sure we were okay with a cup of tea. We were finished and on our way home within an hour or so. What a great team and service.Mark & Jackie from Bristol

The team at Geoff Cox made the whole experience of buying a motorhome as complete novices very easy. They are such a friendly bunch who really know their stuff, and we felt very reassured purchasing an Adria motorhome from them. We met Gavin at the nec back in October whilst we were researching campervans. He was helpful and informative without being at all pushy we briefly outlined what we were looking for and Gavin was reassuring and balanced with some good suggestions and guidance in what I can only describe as the overwhelming environment of the nec.. we left still not knowing exactly what we wanted but with better information and a contact that would prove invaluable. A few months later after more and more research we found what we were looking for and contacted Gavin directly, he put us in touch with Joe and we arranged a viewing.. nothing was too much, no question made to feel silly no matter how technical. I wanted certain things a certain way with the electrics and Joe went out of his way to make sure every possible box that could be was ticked. And just like that we started our adventure. The money involved in this investment is a big deal and both Gavin and Joe made sure we got as much as we could for the price we could manage. Then came handover with Joanne and she went through every nook and cranny of the van and even said we could video it on our phones for reference.. she spent so much time making sure we were OK before we headed off for an overnighter to make sure everything was as it should be. I can't recommend this place enough!.. And last but absolutely not least.. Ian! What a great guy.. he was the first person onsite we met and straight away came over to make sure we were OK, made us both a coffee and our dog loved him.. that's always a good measure in my book, Bella is a great judge of character.. Geoff Cox is a fantastic place with brilliant knowledge, understanding and help.. nothing seemed too much and I'm thankful for all thier help and advice.. absolute top job!!
As usual excellent service from all the crew at Geoff Cox Leisure. From sales to service and having a complete personal service including free tickets to the NEC show after we’d already signed the deal and then being given an additional discount was certainly unexpected. This is our 4th Adria, the 3rd from Geoff Cox and wouldn’t consider buying from elsewhere, they’ve done all our servicing and mot’s for the last 12 years as well, nothing ever too much trouble
