I ordered a valentines meal deal delivered. When it came 2 rump steaks worth £6.50which I ordered .and I got a small piece of steak priced at £2.99.when I rang up tp complain they tried to tell me they had run out of rump steakin the whole of asda. It's a joke wont be in asda ever again

Now, two weeks past the expected date, the issue is still unresolved. I haven't received any apology for the delay or the items I paid for. The customer service keeps saying it's under investigation!
This isn't the first time I've received damaged items, typically during delivery, but now I received a message stating that my items were damaged. I contacted the seller and was informed that they were on their way and not damaged. Today, I received confirmation that they were indeed damaged! Currently, I can't drive due to a recent operation, leaving me with no choice but to rely on a friend. I strongly advise against using this service.

Our purchases keep the business running, whether in-store or online. The situation is becoming increasingly frustrating. The customer service team needs retraining, and it would be wise to reconsider partnerships with couriers that do not meet service expectations. My parcel has gone missing yet again, sent to the wrong address. I appreciate the £10 discount offered, but it loses its value if the delivery fails again, leaving me at a loss.

Each time I tried to return to guest checkout, I was met with the same issue, forcing me to either sign in or create an account. I'm reluctant to create an account due to the spam I receive, and agreeing to terms often means more unwanted emails. All I wanted was to check out as a guest, but the website wouldn’t allow it. Instead, it just kept taking me back to the sign-in page. As a result, I couldn't complete my purchase this evening, and my time was wasted. I expected a functional website, but this experience was far from satisfactory.

Upon my arrival, I clicked the link in my email that indicated I was there, allowing the store associate to scan the QR code at the collection point. I received my parcel in under a minute, even during the busy Christmas season. The experience was fantastic, with very friendly and welcoming staff. Additionally, there were convenient parking spaces available close to the store. I would definitely recommend this location for click and collect services.

The customer service team is located abroad, and when I inquired about my order, I was told a digit was missing from the order number, even though I had quoted it correctly from the confirmation. When I finally collected it, they still couldn't assist me. I won't be using this service again.
The service for online ordering is incredibly poor. They consistently make mistakes, and once again, they sent me the wrong order. I had paid extra for next-day delivery due to urgency, but now they expect me to wait for them to retrieve the incorrect order before sending a replacement that won't arrive for 3-5 days. I have to find the items elsewhere before Friday. I will not be ordering from this platform again.
