I ordered a valentines meal deal delivered. When it came 2 rump steaks worth £6.50which I ordered .and I got a small piece of steak priced at £2.99.when I rang up tp complain they tried to tell me they had run out of rump steakin the whole of asda. It's a joke wont be in asda ever again

Frustrating experience with my order status

I placed an online order, but the status remained as 'it's on its way.' A week after the expected delivery date, I reached out to the support team. Now, two weeks past the expected date, the issue is still unresolved. I haven't received any apology for the delay or the items I paid for. The customer service keeps saying it's under investigation!

Consistently Disappointing Experience

This isn't the first time I've received damaged items, typically during delivery, but now I received a message stating that my items were damaged. I contacted the seller and was informed that they were on their way and not damaged. Today, I received confirmation that they were indeed damaged! Currently, I can't drive due to a recent operation, leaving me with no choice but to rely on a friend. I strongly advise against using this service.

Delivery Issues and Customer Service Need Improvement

The nearest store is quite far from me, and since I don't drive, it’s more economical to have my orders delivered rather than spend on multiple bus fares. I've shopped online with this company many times, and while I enjoy the convenience, there are serious concerns regarding customer treatment. There are frequent issues with customer service, missing items, or receiving damaged goods. Customers expect to get what they pay for, and there's significant room for improvement in customer care standards. If these complaints are being read, I hope they are taken seriously. Our purchases keep the business running, whether in-store or online. The situation is becoming increasingly frustrating. The customer service team needs retraining, and it would be wise to reconsider partnerships with couriers that do not meet service expectations. My parcel has gone missing yet again, sent to the wrong address. I appreciate the £10 discount offered, but it loses its value if the delivery fails again, leaving me at a loss.

Frustrating Checkout Experience

After spending what felt like an hour selecting items for my basket, I attempted to use the guest checkout option, but it repeatedly redirected me to the registration or sign-in page. Each time I tried to return to guest checkout, I was met with the same issue, forcing me to either sign in or create an account. I'm reluctant to create an account due to the spam I receive, and agreeing to terms often means more unwanted emails. All I wanted was to check out as a guest, but the website wouldn’t allow it. Instead, it just kept taking me back to the sign-in page. As a result, I couldn't complete my purchase this evening, and my time was wasted. I expected a functional website, but this experience was far from satisfactory.

Efficient Click and Collect Experience

I utilized the click and collect service from a local retail store. Upon my arrival, I clicked the link in my email that indicated I was there, allowing the store associate to scan the QR code at the collection point. I received my parcel in under a minute, even during the busy Christmas season. The experience was fantastic, with very friendly and welcoming staff. Additionally, there were convenient parking spaces available close to the store. I would definitely recommend this location for click and collect services.

No notification about item readiness

I received no email letting me know my item was ready for collection. I was informed that one item was 'missing'. The customer service team is located abroad, and when I inquired about my order, I was told a digit was missing from the order number, even though I had quoted it correctly from the confirmation. When I finally collected it, they still couldn't assist me. I won't be using this service again.

Disappointing online order experience

The service for online ordering is incredibly poor. They consistently make mistakes, and once again, they sent me the wrong order. I had paid extra for next-day delivery due to urgency, but now they expect me to wait for them to retrieve the incorrect order before sending a replacement that won't arrive for 3-5 days. I have to find the items elsewhere before Friday. I will not be ordering from this platform again.

Caution with misleading pricing

Be careful with the fine print. I was interested in a dressing gown advertised for £7.20, but there was no stock available in stores. I traveled 18 miles to find it priced at £25. Though it looked nice, I decided against buying it, as I can find similar quality for less. I expressed to customer service that I would have paid £15-£18, but they wouldn't honor the online price. In the end, I spent over £140 at a local competitor. This experience serves as a genuine warning to others.

Received wrong item, very disappointing

I received the wrong item, a pan set instead of a microwave. I returned it and have not received a refund. It's impossible to reach anyone for assistance.
