We are a family of five, and booked a 15 days journey including Peru and Amazonia. It was a wonderfull experience. Everything was well organised, and we had all the excursions in private wich improves the experience a lot. All the guides were very good, and the team was always there to support us in any doubt. Our oldest sun made 22 years old during this vacations, an they also helped us booking a nice restaurant and at the end of the meal, all the employes of the restaurant came to sing the birthday song to my sun, with a desert offered by the restaurant.It was really a great experience, everything was great, and made this vacation really nice and smooth. I trully recomend,GoLatam to everyone.
I will give my travel coordinator Dayana 5 stars! She is very responsive to my questions and requests. Most of the time I could only message her during breakfast or in the evening. I did not expect instant reply but it seems that she had always been checking her phone for clients' messages and at least acknowledged them if an immediate answer was not feasible. It's a huge job!I visited 5 cities in 5 different SA countries this time. Peru not included as I had been there before. GOTOLATAM liaised with 5 different local operators for my trip. I was informed who they were only 1 day before I arrived at the new destination.In my previous trips, some travel agencies were able to provide very detailed logistics information (name of guide and driver, pick-up drop-off schedule, tour start and end times, even the types of vehicles used and driving duration, etc.) at the time of booking. If GOTOLATAM could do the same, it would make it a 5-star agency.
We were handheld all the way for our 25 days. Very professional and personalised also. Makes travelling in the countries where we dont speak Spanish or Portuguese seamless. Dayana is exceptional. A very helpful and responsible coordinator.
The staff of gotolatam are helpful and friendly. They assisted me to plan my trip and gave me helpful suggestions. I, my husband and my friend really enjoyed the trip in South America. The staff from Gotolatam sent us reminders daily which was so helpful!

Gotolatam had recently structured and organized a very splendid tour for us to Peru Chile Argentina and Brazil for 21 days. Our first contact was with Afdel the tour designer, who painstakingly and tirelessly structured an itinerary much to our satisfaction and near to the tour date, Enzo and subsequently Dayana stepped in, to ensure the reception and airport and hotel transfers were executed without hitches and most importantly the conduct of the booked shared tours and private tours went on smoothly. As travelers we valued transparency accessibility and trustworthiness of tour operator. These qualities were assured and fulfilled by Gotolatam for our South America tour. Overall we like the contents of the itinerary with ample rest in between and flexibility of free and easy days. Our tour focused on Machu Picchu, Patagonia and Iguazu falls, these destinations were most memorable experiences for us. We will certainly recommend Gotolatam for South America tours.
We engaged Gotolatam to organise our tours to Iguazu Falls and Machu Picchu while cruising through South America. It requires meticulous planning to ensure we were able to hop on and hop off the cruise ship taking various planes to reach our destinations. Gotolatam worked that out flawlessly and even managed to add additional participants at the last minute while keeping to the same itinerary and hotels. Kudos to them especially Enzo who accommodated the cruise operator requests for documentations expeditiously.
We reached out to GoLatam based on TripAdvisor reviews and because we felt it would be hard to cobble together several different GateOne itineraries across 4 countries, 10 destinations and 5 weeks. We were very pleased with their responsiveness, the quality of the guides and tours, and hotels. While on the road they remained responsive and whenever anything came up they set it right quickly. This included problems beyond their control, like when United Airlines delivered us 32 hours late to our starting destination.I highly recommend.
The support from all the crew gave us the best vacations of our life. From not knowing how to access a dificult part of the region (Patagonia) they arranged everything perfectly so that we didn't have any worries other than enjoy the ride. Hotels, tours, transport and customer services were perfect. 100% will be back to find a new adventure.
