Could not provide excursion at the time I purchased.Changed time to have the excursion end half an hour before the ship departure time. (Too close for comfort, as this is a third-party booking and the ship will not wait.) No explanation beyond "to fit your ship's scheduled itinerary" (which doesn't seem correct) - and no options provided beyond cancellation.Curt customer service when trying to understand the issue, and no refund update provided.
Hi, I booked 4 excursions but there was no way to pay online. Instead I got an email asking me to call them by phone to make the payment. I get a weird feeling about this. I booked with them before and I cann't remember calling them for payment. Is this normal? I'm from the Netherlands btw.
Due to hurricane Melissa Celebrity Beyond changed itinerary and is no longer stopping in Saint Thomas on the date of my excursion Shore excursion group policy (14 day cancellation window) is ridiculous and have been notified that they will be keeping my $198. This is just plain WRONG!!!
