I didn’t want a subscription so when the product arrived I contacted customer service and they instantly helped me cancel. I haven’t tried the product, and it took a few weeks to arrive. They aren’t the only company to offer a steep discount if you subscribe, and it was a great deal considering they let you cancel right away! I see no reason for all the shade they are getting over the subscription deal. They have good communication, seem professional.

I ordered on January 7th and didn't receive any tracking updates, so I sent an email a couple of weeks later. The package took longer than expected and our address was no longer valid. The staff were very helpful and changed the delivery address for me. I still haven't received it yet (Feb 2nd) but the staff are doing the best they can. I'm giving this review for the customer service and will do another once i receive the product.

I paid for expedited shipping and was happy to see it being processed so quickly - BUT - as of 01/27pm my order still has not been given to UPS. Customer service will not respond to requests for status or requests to cancel my order. Looks like I'll have to contact my bank to dispute the charges.

1/19. The next DAY they sent an email saying it had shipped on the 9th! I got it today and it was mailed from some woman in the Midwest! I had it returned to sender. Don't trust this company and don't trust the product. You have no way of knowing what's in the pills. If they lie and steal about shipping then it's safe to assume they're lying about the product.

Terrible experience with customer service.

Extremely poor customer service. I never received my order. The tracking number is ineffective, and there is no phone support or live chat available. The representative keeps sending emails expressing apologies but fails to resolve the issue. I would never recommend this service to anyone. It feels like a significant scam!

Disappointing experience with order tracking and communication

I placed an order for a three-pack on 12/27 through the website. They provided a "tracking number" that led to USPS, but when I tried to track it, the number was invalid. I reached out via email several times without any replies. Eventually, I contacted the payment service, which required me to submit documentation and wait to file a case. After filing, I suddenly received a tracking number, and the package was delivered on 1/20/26. I've since discovered that many others have faced similar issues, and I'm considering just discarding the product—who knows its origin or contents. This business is quite disappointing, and I truly hope they face the consequences they deserve.

Avoid this company at all costs.

Steer clear of this company. Their product is subpar, and there's no way to cancel your order. They will continue to charge your account. Customer service is non-existent, and I had to get a new credit card just to put a stop to their repeated charges. They claim it's canceled, but that's just an automated reply, not genuine assistance. It's a complete scam.

I placed my order on January 11th and received a tracking number, but it shows as invalid when I try to check it. After seeing similar feedback, I requested a refund and reported the situation. I regret not reviewing the comments beforehand. They took my money without delivering the product. Extremely frustrated.
