Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews before purchasing and went off Google's AI summary of the brand (which was positive and clearly wrong). I tried to cancel my subscription but like others, it was a dead link and no reply to my email.
I was surprised when I actually received my order in the mail but I won't be taking them as I don't trust what's in them.
There's a real company called "MicroIngredients" which is legit but it looks like this company just copied their packaging exactly ...except the logo says "MicroOrganics" instead.
Luckily my credit card company is refunding me my money!
I placed an order on 19 December and received a notification that a label was being printed the next day, but after that, nothing happened. I tried reaching out for assistance but received no response. Later, I was informed via email that my subscription was canceled without any refund. A few days later, the product finally arrived, but it was a complete mess and smelled awful. I threw it away immediately. I emailed them with a photo requesting a refund, but I still haven't heard back. This feels like a scam!
I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I did receive the product today, but I found it cheaper elsewhere and wanted to cancel my subscription. Like others mentioned, the unsubscribe link is broken. I have emailed but haven't received a response yet. I will update if I do.

I have to agree with the others. I ordered and received a tracking number that doesn't work. I've submitted multiple tickets and emailed directly but received no reply. DO NOT order from them. UPDATE: My order arrived last night. I've still had no response to my inquiries, and I don't understand why the tracking number was invalid, but I have received the items, so that's a positive.
UPDATE: The tracking number provided on December 13 showed as ‘not found’. I checked again today, and some information has appeared, indicating that the courier didn’t even receive the package until January 3. It seems that raising a dispute with my payment service triggered some action. However, it shouldn’t have come to that; I will definitely not order from this company again and urge others to be careful. I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering. The product did not arrive, and the company does not respond to inquiries. Thankfully, I paid through a secure service and raised a dispute with them and canceled my subscription there, as others advised that direct cancellation with the company isn't possible. It’s clear this is not a legitimate company.
