My experience with Get Cracking was entirely positive and I unreservedly recommend them. I was moving personal belongings from abroad to Ireland, which can be a complicated process but the Get Cracking team of Dee, Harsh, and Tripti, as well as the delivery team, made everything go very smoothly. Dee made sure that I knew what forms to complete and supporting documents to provide in order to comply with Irish customs regulations and made sure that they were submitted in sufficient time. As a result, there was no delay in my shipment clearing customs and entering the port in Dublin. Shortly after this, Harsh and Tripti coordinated delivery of my belongings, providing a timeframe that was accurate. The delivery crew was friendly, professional, and very helpful, even setting up the bed that requires extra assembly. Overall, Get Cracking have been thoroughly professional, even going beyond what I expected.

I had “Get Cracking” move me into my new house back at the end of April and to say that they were professional is an understatement .. they were so helpful and friendly and ultra efficient. I would recommend them to anyone needing that help to move their belongings .
Get Cracking Removals made our move from Dublin to Paris so much easier than we expected. The team was friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. In February, my shipping company (Upackweship/EuroUSA) had Get Cracking pack up my shipment of family heirlooms in Northern Ireland for shipping to the USA. The two packers seemed professional and were polite and tidy; and I pretty much left them to it. When the shipment arrived in the US in June (much later than anticipated, but that's another story), the Get Cracking staff on this side of the pond alerted me to some breakages. Parts of the frame of an oil painting were broken off, as was a decorative trim to an antique mirror and the back of an antique chair. The reason? They hadn't appropriately protected the pieces in packing materials. Moreover, two crystal dishes that have been in my family for decades were completely smashed. Why? They had been wrapped in a single piece of paper, while my sturdy brass candlesticks were wrapped in copious amounts of bubble wrap. The company was not at all helpful when I wrote to them to complain, passing the buck for their error and, because the insurance company EuroUSA offered me didn't go through them, said there was nothing they could do to compensate.If you go through these two companies, I would recommend taking out insurance with Get Cracking (so they take more responsibility for their part in the packing) and literally watching as the packers pack up each of your valuables. Do not leave them to it as I did. Also, make sure the packers this side unpack everything for you. This was such a long, drawn out ending to what should have been an easy process and I am deeply disappointed in the experience.
Very shady company with very shady practices. A lot of hidden fees - by the end paid 4 times more than initially quoted. They offered me 2 hours of "flexibility" for the delivery time about 22 hours upfront. Charged me 185 EUR for delivery 1.5 hours later. The crew refused to drive into a perfectly sized parking space charging me extra 500 EUR. I had a vehicle of the same size moving stuff previously and driving into that space without any issues. The crew didn't care one bit about the fragile items and were argumentative about that. I had 2 out of 20-something boxes with "nothing on top" label on it and the dudes on the ground didn't have any issues putting heavy boxes on top of them. And I don't know if it was like that on the way in the truck. Come on, hire someone who can read.All of their prices they tell you or send in the emails are not final and there additional fees and taxes on top of that.Horrible experience, wouldn't recommend.
