Be cautious when dealing with the company. They left our furniture unattended, which led to damage. Despite their promise to repair the door, they did not do so properly. Their lack of a proper dispute resolution process is disappointing, especially after initially appearing to provide good service.

Avoid AVOID!Waited SIX WEEKS for my goods to arrive after being told initially 4-5 days.They had provided the wrong customs documents. Had the audacity to blame the UK company who sorted THEIR mess.No updates received. Completely misunderstand emails (and plain English!)Worst ever!
