Extremely disappointing hosting experience. This is among the worst managed services I've encountered. Their platform struggles with high traffic. Each SEO crawl results in freezing, and making edits causes significant delays. Tasks that should take a few minutes often take hours. Very frustrating.
Completely unacceptable. This is one of the worst managed hosting providers I've ever experienced. Their service can't handle heavy traffic. Whenever an SEO crawl is performed on my clients' sites, the site freezes. Making edits through the platform takes an unbearable amount of time—what should take five minutes often ends up taking hours. Very disappointing.
We've been clients for a very long time. Initially, this was a great service with excellent support. However, after the merger, everything changed... now, they have a helpdesk that often defers to a techie, generic advice, and pressure to use pricey third-party services. The only contact from account managers is when they're trying to upsell. So, this long-time client is preparing to leave, going from very satisfied to advising others to avoid them to prevent costly downtime and upselling tactics.
It's so disappointing... I've been with this service for years, and it was once fantastic. Excellent support and fast sites. Then, after being acquired, everything changed. Their plans are now restrictive, and when I sought alternatives, they charged my annual fee without notice. When I requested a refund, they dismissed me. I'm stuck until summer '25. If you manage multiple sites, this might work for you, but good luck getting a refund. I strongly dislike this service. UPDATE: I canceled and switched to another provider, which is much more affordable for my needs.
Avoid this service at all costs. They don't use a user-friendly control panel, making issue resolution difficult (e.g., unable to update basic plugins due to locked settings). Worse, if you leave them, your updates won't work because they alter essential files.
