I was told by my CPA that I would probably not qualify for the employee retention credit or ERC. I spoke to Get My Refunds and told them what I was told, but they took my information and said they would analyze it. They did and my company actually was qualified to receive an ERC. Throughout the entire process, they kept in touch with me. When things were delayed, they gave me options. Never did. I feel that they were not on top of things. In the end, I got all my ERCs and I am extremely happy. The team at Get My Refunds did a fantastic job and I recommend them highly.
