Review Time
I've been using reviv 2 for just a week and I can already see changes within this time. Based on the alignment of my upper teeth I can tell my palate is expanding already, and my rotated front teeth already feel like they are straightening out. The first few nights I had to wake up and take the retainer out because it was quite painful, but every day has become a bit easier, but this is how I know it is working. Kind of feels like how the first day of getting your braces tightened feels like, except it's morseo affecting the upper palate. Also the "tongue hammock" has been nice. This retainer really forces me to breathe through my nose, which is a habit I've been struggling to develop.
Towards the end of 2024 I read an article that Ken wrote. Something in me said pay attention so I ordered the R1. I started wearing it in January 2025. Getting use to it wasn't too bad though it did irritate my gums. I think a couple months went by and I looked in the mirror and noticed an improvement in my facial structure just like Ken writes about. When the R2 came out I ordered it. I have been wearing it every night since. The R2 is far more comfortable and easy to wear. I believe that I am still seeing improvement not going backwards at least.
I was skeptical at first but once I realized it was such an approachable investment, I decided to order the R1. I went with the larger size even though I was probably the smaller one. I had had Invisalign and stopped wearing my retainer, and my teeth regressed quite a bit. Later on I became interested in looksmaxxing and biomechanics which is how I found Reviv. I’ve used my device for at least 6 months, I’m not sure — but in that time my palate has expanded so much, even the asymmetry of my lower palate is starting to correct itself. I have a tiny gap where the crowding used to be which is an obvious sign my palate is expanding and I take that to mean the overall skeletal decompression is happening. I followed other techniques prior to Reviv and they were unnecessarily complex. I still perform my own composite of fascia techniques and some looksmaxxing/healthmaxxing protocols but I consider the mechanism of adding dental height with the Reviv to be an essential part of my personal recipe.
It was really uncomfortable until I trimmed all the areas that were wearing on my gums. It doesn’t really stay in now unless I mouth tape and I’m not sure if that’s counter productive. I also now have an open posterior bite which is supposed to happen I guess but also my front teeth are end to end which makes eating awful and worried my front teeth are going to break or chip. I’ve been wearing nightly for about six weeks and it’s been a terrible experience lol. But I guess I’m sticking with it and trusting the process but if the open post bite needs to be forever then I don’t feel like that is natural and food needs to be crushed efficiently with back teeth to be absorbed properly.
Since using Reviv (about 20 weeks) I no longer have any symptoms of vertigo; which I suffered with for decades. Sometimes severely, often just in bed when moving head position, but consistently. I think that Ken's theory about the balloon brain has merit. A chiropractor once told me vertigo was from Osteoporosis of the skullThis makes sense now.
I’ve been wearing the r2 mouthguard for six months now and things are definitely moving around. Ive got more definition to my cheekbones, and my face looks overall way better, even tho i still have a long way to go. Also Ken has been very helpful with answering all the questions ive had, and the customer service is amazing.

Reviv is a company that sells mouthguards that utilize 'dental biomechanics'.
Meaning that it naturally stretches the soft tissue of the mouth and skull and expands the arches and straightens teeth over time.
Also the body and many other health conditions can correct over time as part of the process.
