I’ve been wearing the Reviv 3 mouth guard for 3 nights now and I’m already really excited about it.

I’ve been wearing the Reviv 3 mouth guard for 3 nights now and I’m already really excited about it. The first couple of nights were a little uncomfortable as my teeth adjusted, but by the third night it was honestly a breeze to wear.

What surprised me most is that my husband already mentioned my teeth look neater, even after such a short time. That made me even more motivated to keep going!

I’m really excited to see how my smile improves over the coming weeks. I’ll definitely keep updating my progress and sharing my results along the journey. 😊

I'm on day 3 of using reviv

I'm on day 3 of using reviv. I have TMJ and crooked teeth due to palate collapse. I believe from braces, mouth breathing and nailbiting. I've stopped biting my nails this year, I'm practicing more mouth breathing and it's time to live without pain and hopefully - straighter teeth! Someone recommended me it on Facebook so I thought it's worth a go! I'm only giving 4 stars now as I'd like to review again in 6 months.I wear this at night, but I have a tendency to take it out in my sleep (I did with my retainers too. How my teeth reverted quick)But as soon as I wake up I find it and put it straight back in. I also try to wear it and hour a day. While I get ready or do emails etc. I can already feel the front of my pallet pushing out? And in the night when I do awake I can feel it pushing. It's actually rather therapeutic as I can feel the pain of my teeth and jaw collapsing with my TMJ so this counteracts it which is quite a releasing stretch. It aches, like when you get your braces tightened. But after a hour of waking the pain fades. Slight gum soreness but it's normal. Loving my journey so far. Hope I keep at it!

R3 is the best!

I started with an R1 and it was ok. I thought the squishy material would be comfortable as I am not used to sleeping with a nightguard (I have in the past but not regularly). It was comfortable and I built up my tolerance to wearing all night but would take breaks with it since it was a bit irritating to my gums. I already have receding gums so I was worried it would make it worse. I did wake up with some bleeding one morning and couldn’t wear the R1 for several days afterward. I bought the R3 because it looked like it was cut lower on the gum line and because my dentist said he recommends hard material for nightguard as opposed to squishy material because there is a tendency to bite and wiggle them while sleeping. I’m SO glad I bought the R3!! Within a week I was able to sleep comfortably with it all night and every night since. I’ve never had gum irritation with it and I haven’t had much for an adjustment period. It’s comfortable and I’m hopeful it can strengthen my jaw. At the very least, it’s helpful for me to quit grinding and gritting my teeth at night. Now to see if it will fix my crowded teeth! It has been a good investment, in my opinion!

I'm a couple weeks from a FULL YEAR.

I'm a couple weeks from having worn the Reviv for a full year. I upgraded to the Reviv 2 late summer. I love my Reviv and I believe in the biomechanical theories that Ken has spent decades unraveling through his own personal journey. I have always been healthy but what changed is that my teeth have totally straightened, my gap closed, and I feel like my facial structure has improved. Also my lower back where I think I have a bulging disk, only really acts up if I help someone move or I do alot of heavy lifting, but I do think Reviv has helped my spine expand so that its not caving in on the lower back. I feel great and I am a LIFER on Reviv.

Seeing improvement in face structure

I’ve been using the Reviv mouthguard each night for the past 3 months and I’m already seeing improvements, particularily in my skin for some reason? My wrinkles seem to have smoothed out, my nasolabial folds are less prominent, more definition in my jawline, jowls gone, and my face almost looks lifted? Im assuming it has something to do with the ballooning effect? Which makes sense…inflating something would cause it to go from sagging to tightened, which would smooth out lines, and lift the face. 10/10 recommend

I think it'll work if I stick to it

I think it'll work if I stick to it. I have always had crowded teeth and now I floss no problem after a few months of use, and definitely see a huge shift in my lower jaw. I have severe maloclussion on one side that seems to be straightening out. I don't like the R2 but my R1 smells bad now and it's showing signs of wear. Ill keep using both and hopefully the R2 becomes more tolerable.

1 week review

I've been using reviv 2 for just a week and I can already see changes within this time. Based on the alignment of my upper teeth I can tell my palate is expanding already, and my rotated front teeth already feel like they are straightening out. The first few nights I had to wake up and take the retainer out because it was quite painful, but every day has become a bit easier, but this is how I know it is working. Kind of feels like how the first day of getting your braces tightened feels like, except it's morseo affecting the upper palate. Also the "tongue hammock" has been nice. This retainer really forces me to breathe through my nose, which is a habit I've been struggling to develop.
