So here, i received this and now we're back to square one. Ive sent several emails n no response. I’m not sure why the reviews are so poor! I received exactly what I ordered early and the foundation was super high coverage. I am pretty pale and I usually need the lightest foundation shade so I bought the mask fit red cushion in the lightest shade 10c. While the order was being shipped I was nervous about the color being too light but this shade actually looks like the best match I’ve seen on me! I have combination skin so it is really hard to find a full coverage foundation that dosent look super cakey and weird on me (I was previously using the old KVD formula in the lightest shade) but this formula was less yellowy gave me such a smooth finish!
I am very disappointed with my experience ordering from TIRTIR. I never received my package, and when I contacted customer service, they refused to take responsibility and simply told me there was nothing they could do.It is unacceptable for a company not to stand behind its deliveries, especially when customers spend their money and trust on their products. Most reliable companies either investigate with the carrier, provide proof of delivery, or offer a replacement/refund — but TIRTIR did none of that.I expected better service from such a well-known brand. Unfortunately, after this experience, I won’t be ordering again and cannot recommend them to others.
if I could give them 0 star I would. I emailed them that I did not receive my orders. I emailed them 3x. I paid $75. They gave me the tracking and it's saying it was delivered. I will never buy from this company ever again. Now I will dispute that transaction in my credit card. They don't care. Very poor customer service.
This company NEVER responds to any emails to their customer service address. Even though it's mentioned on their website for returns and exchanges. x4 emails and still no response. No good enough. Appallingly poor. Will NEVER purchase again.
The company lacks proper customer service for returns. Although the website provides an email for inquiries, your messages will likely go unanswered. I’ve sent over 10 emails without receiving any response. Be aware that whatever you purchase, you should expect to keep it.
