Eventually, I received a photo of the document via email and was asked to print it myself. I requested the original document once more, but after that, all communication stopped.
If possible, I would rate them zero stars. I sent in a diamond ring for a potential offer and was given an absurd amount of $170.53. I declined and was told I would receive information about returning my ring by the end of the day. Over 24 hours have passed, and I haven’t heard anything.
